With Drivers and Fleet Owners: Customers’ booking details (pickup, drop-off, contact info) are shared only with assigned Service Providers.
With Customers: Drivers’ and Fleet Owners’ details (name, vehicle, contact info) are shared only for confirmed bookings.
With third-party providers: We may share limited information with payment processors, identity verification partners, or analytics tools, strictly for operational purposes.
Legal compliance: We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or government request in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Payments & Wallets
Payments through the app are processed via secure digital channels.
Drivers and Fleet Owners receive earnings directly into their Inqlha Wallet, with the option to withdraw cash upon request.
Inqlha does not store full credit/debit card details on its servers.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Delivery notes, booking records, and payment transactions are stored for auditing and compliance with Saudi regulations.
